President: Joe Johnson

Joe started California Office Maintenance with the idea that cleaning firms can do a better job. His approach is that clients hire us to provide a clean work environment for their staff and customers, but they also are looking for a partner that can handle the many issues that a building owner or tenant faces when trying to maintain a professional looking space. He has staffed his company with personnel that help to achieve that goal.



Office Manager: Lucy Suarez

Lucy will be your main contact for all your customer service needs. She is available through phone, email, or fax for your requests. She works closely with the cleaning staff so your buildings are properly supported so we can provide you with the cleanest building possible. Aside from these duties, Lucy prepares the payroll, invoices, and schedules carpet and floor work.



Field Managers

Make sure the staff's work is inspected to meet our guidelines, day and night. Through our field managers, we are continually training our staff in the latest cleaning techniques.  The Field Manager's focus is making sure the staff has all the proper tools and training to provide the best possible service to our clients.
